The Firm has been privileged to advise highest echelon of Pakistan Army and organizations like, FWO, NLC, QMG, Housing Directorate of Pakistan Army and lately Pakistan Air Force. • Anjum Jawaid Khan (Lawyer/Consultant) LL.M. (McGill)

Mr. Khan is the former Vice President of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and has worked both as infrastructure development consultant and litigation lawyer inside and outside Pakistan. A formally trained lawyer in international law (Infrastructure, Aviation, Energy & Environment) with vast experience of working in Europe, Middle East, CIS countries and Asia, he has also been entrusted to negotiate, draft contracts and laws in Pakistan and abroad. He is also a member of Law Commission of the World Conservation Union. As a lawyer, Mr. Khan has contested high profile cases in Pakistan and arbitration in other countries.

Mr Shaikh holds Ph.D. in Finance from USA  and has been former head of financial transaction advisory at the Ernest Young with around thirty years of proven track record in project related financial matters and has worked on numerous projects of AJ khan Law Associates as advisory consortium .

• Taimur Khan (Lawyer/Consultant) LL.M. (UCLA)

 

Formerly a consultant to the Attorney-General for Pakistan, Mr. Taimur has particular expertise in the areas of corporate, constitutional, finance and environmental law. He  holds MBA in Banking and Finance and LLM from University of California, Los Angeles, USA in the business specialization track. Mr Taimur has also acquired specialization in clinical Finance from Anderson School of Management, UCLA, USA. Mr. Taimur is also part of visiting faculty and teaches the subject of Constitution at the Punjab University Law College.
